Buying Products on Our Website
All of our prices are inclusive of GST. We try to have accurate pricing and availability information on all the products we offer, despite our best efforts, a small number of the products in our catalogue may be misprinted or have inaccurate stock availability information. We do verify prices as part of our acceptance procedure, and will inform you if a products correct price is higher than that stated in your order, so you may ultimately decide whether or not to order the product at the correct price.
Change in Price
We may change the price of any product at any time before you place an order. If the goods you have ordered are not in stock, we may send an e-mail to inform you, at which time you may cancel your order. We do our best to accurately estimate when items will be despatched and/or delivered; however, these estimates are based on several factors over which we have no control and as such, time for despatch and/or delivery shall not be of the essence of the contract and should be considered as rough estimates only.
Delayed / Lost Delivery
If you have not received your order within 25 working days of despatch (not including weekends ), you must immediately contact us about the delay/loss. In case of providing wrong information like the delivery address, we will not provide any refund or replacement.
Order Cancellation/ Refund
It Can take up to 3 weeks to complete a refund process.
- AfterPay: 6% of the total order amount.
- Credit Card: 1.5% of the total order amount.
- in-store payment: 1% of the total order amount.

Information You Provide To Us
The following applies to any information you provide to us, for example during any registration or ordering process.
You authorise us to use, store or otherwise process any personal information which relates to and identifies you, including but not limited to your name, email address, telephone number and address, to the extent reasonably necessary to fulfill your order, market/communicate products and services and deal with any enquiries relating to the same whether by us, our partners, successors (including the purchaser of the whole or part of our business), associates or sub-contractors (together our Partner Companies).
If you obtain or choose to buy products through our website or give us personal information then we may collect information about your buying behaviour and if you send us personal correspondence such as emails or letters then we may collect this information into a file specific to you. All such information collected by us shall be referred to in these terms and conditions as Personal Information.
Fraud
We will not tolerate any attempts to obtain goods by fraudulent means. Any fraudulent action will be reported to the relevant authorities. Please note that Internet host IP addresses are recorded when placing an order online.
Shipping and delivery
Shipping and Delivery of Kids Electric Ride on Cars and bikes, cover the cost of packaging, transport and handling.
Also when you put your order, our website estimates the rough delivery price through a third party courier, that may change due to courier policy.
We do our best to deliver your product with the cheapest shipping prices plus the fastest way.
However due to unpredictable circumstances and specific inquiries, we cannot guarantee the exact time.
Shipments and deliveries only occur on weekdays and are subjected to change.
Also, if your requested product (i.e. ride on electric car) is out of stock, it is considered as back order. Consequently it will be posted as soon as it arrives.
The client is responsible to provide us with the right shipping address as we don’t take any responsibility for wrong address.
Warranty (Spare Parts)
We offer 3 months warranty on the electric ride-on cars spare parts, from date of delivery/Pickup under the following rules and conditions:
- In the cases parts are failing/non-functioning, we provide you with spare parts for 3 months free of charge. If that part did not work even after being replaced, the item will be returned for replacement or refund. In case of returning an item, it is the customer`s responsibility to deliver it via a safe delivering system as in using a courier with the proof of shipment, as we can not be responsible for lost returned items. It is also necessary that items are not used plus the original manual instructions and all related accessories must be intact and returned.
- Batteries and battery chargers are not covered under the warranty and they must be handled and charged correctly. Recommended charging time is 8 hours to 12 hours to prolong the battery life.
- Any damage to the item due to misuse or neglect doesn’t include our warranty policy as sometimes, kids ride the car on unsuitable surfaces like mud, thick grass, steep slopes, or try to push the car manually, all of which exert too much load on the car and activation of the thermal sensor will result in burning the motor.
- This warranty does not apply to any defect in the goods arising from fair wear and tear, Any Body Damage, lack of maintenance, willful damage, natural disaster, accident, negligence by you or any third party, failure to follow the Supplier´s instructions, or any alteration or repair carried out without the Supplier´s approval, The warranty is considered void if the item has been modified, altered or tampered with by a person (or persons).
- Please note that most of the ride-on products we sell are created with a process used by the manufacturers that we sell, the process involves blowing sheets of plastic with hot air to make the moulds required for the production of the car. Sometimes the moulds can have minor scuffs, dents, or very small scratches caused by material flowing in the air as the plastic is very hot which can mark the body of the car. This does NOT cause any materialistic flaws within the body and does not affect the strength or durability of the body. They are just minor cosmetic flaws, We will not accept any returns back due to this, and this is no reason to claim the item as faulty.
- Warranty does not cover broken parts, cosmetic and body damages that have been caused whilst the car is being used. In these scenarios as long as the spare part is replaceable, we will order a new part and send it to you at your cost.
- Although we take all damages seriously we cannot replace every small non-critical part. For any item that is damaged, that does not affect the safety of the product and the customer wants us to repair it, the customer will be responsible for returning the item. The vehicles can develop intermittent electrical issues on the add-on features i.e radio/horn/music player which should be considered before choosing your model. These will not affect the driving of the vehicle and are not covered by warranty.
- If the goods supplied to you are damaged Or faulty on delivery, you should notify us within 3 working days, return postage fee will be at the buyer’s expense, postage costs are non-refundable for returned items so please ensure you are purchasing the correct vehicle before placing your order.
- Broken Gear Box– A number of our cars have forward and reverse gears. Please instruct your child to stop the car prior to putting the car in reverse as with a normal car you will damage/break the gears if you change from forward to reverse without stopping the car. We will send out spares to solve this problem if it happens by mistake but will not replace the car if the problem is not solved. The new gears need to be added to the motor and take about 5 minutes (5 screws to remove) to add
Australian Consumer Law
Please note that this Warranty Policy does not impact your rights under the Australian Consumer Law and Regulations. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. The warranties and item support that we offer and provide pursuant to our Terms and Conditions are in addition to the consumer warranties and guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.
Lodging a Warranty Request
To claim under this warranty you can return the defective Goods to us at your expense, together with proof of purchase, within the Warranty Period. You will be requested to provide a description of the defect and your personal details. We will inspect the returned Product. If on inspection of the returned Goods we determine that the defect is covered by this warranty, we will either make suitable repairs or provide a replacement. If we determine that the defect is not covered by this warranty, we will provide You with a full explanation, and if requested, the Goods will be returned to You at your cost. If, at any stage, your Product is found to be defective within the Warranty Period and it is repaired, the Warranty Period on the Product will not extend the original Warranty Period.
In the event of a particular part failing, Kazo Toys will supply parts required free of charge. In the event of an item not working after replacement parts are installed, the buyer is responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. Item can be dropped off at our warehouse or posted to us. Postage cost will not be refunded by Kazo toys.
